Did you know that a Saison was the first beer that we ever did? Well this one is a new take on the traditional Saison.  Aromatic, with fruity, spicy and hoppy characteristics.  Lemon peel pairs with the sweet, honey-like flavour of apricots.  The addition of the original noble Hallertau Mittelfruh hops adds a pleasantly gentle floral aroma with a little spice.
