On Wednesday 30th September, Brew By Numbers is hosting a beer and cheese pairing event with Marco Cheese, an Italian cheesemonger working out of Broadway Market.
Working together with Marco, we have curated an evening based around the pairing of 5 fresh Brew By Numbers beers with some of the best Italian cheeses from his range.
Alongside the tasting, ourselves and Marco will host an in-depth talk on how each product is made, the processes involved, the history of our business and the flavour profile of each pairing.
In order to create an environment that is safe for both our staff and guests the tasting will be held on the mezzanine of our taproom with tables spread out to promote safe social-distancing.
We will be taking bookings for 2-6 people per group.
